2022年8月27日から9月11日まで、アーツ千代田3331（東京）メインギャラリーで開催した『AWAKES／みんなのめざめ』展へ多数のご来場、応援をいただき、誠にありがとうございました。
会期終了後も、ご購入いただいた作品のお送りや、作品返却、様々な会計処理など、たくさんのしなくてはいけないことがあり、あっという間に秋になってしまいました。
数々の不行届な点もあったと思いますが、このような大規模な展覧会を開催できたこと、また大きなトラブルもなく会期を終えることができましたのも、皆様の応援・ご指導のおかげと、深く御礼申し上げます。
■本展実現までの歩み
『AWAKES／みんなのめざめ』展は、2019年「2020年東京オリンピックで世界中から来るであろう観光客に向けて、カウンターイベントをやろう」というところからスタート。
はじめにNYのアーティスト、ホセ・パルラとハンク・ウィリス・トーマスが立ち上げた世界的なアートムーブメント ”Wide Awakes”に呼応し、市民による放射能測定から派生したアーティストコレクティブ The 10th Fukushima, Nippon AWAKESが結成されました。
しかしその後、Covid-19がオリンピックの延期を招き、私たちの企画も頓挫。そこからのウェブサイトの立ち上げとクラウドファンディングによる市民測定の支援、そして2020年11月清澄白河エリアで開催された「本と川と街」にて福島原発事故を伝える展示出展、2021年には江東区木場のギャラリー「Earth+ Gallery」でのトークイベント＆展示と、共感の広がりで展示の機会をいただいてまいりました。
そして今回の『AWAKES／みんなのめざめ』展は、国内外の20を超える多様なアーチストに参画いただき、フィジカルとNFTアート、またアーティストの肉体的障害の有無隔たりなく展示し、山積する社会課題の解決に向けたお金の流れをも作り出す”ソーシャルアート”の試みでもありました。 この試みに賛同し、新たな運営メンバーとして、各界で活躍中のプロデューサー、クリエイター、デザイナー、プランナー、ライターなど多数の方々が協力してくれました。これらの方々なしに、この展示会は実現することはありませんでした。
このような大きな規模の展示会で生まれた対話や新たな関係性は、私たちを勇気づけ、次のステップへの架け橋もうまれました。 改めてご来場いただいたすべての皆様、様々な形でこの展覧会に関わり、サポートくださった皆様、応援してくださった皆様に深くお礼申し上げます。
■本展入場料の全額を寄付
そして去る10月、本展入場料の全額381,876円を、福島県内で放射能の測定を続けている認定NPO法人「ふくしま30年プロジェクト」に寄付金としてお届けしました。
（電子決済の手数料等が引かれたため、細かい金額となりました）
ここに、皆様からの貴重なお志をたしかにお届けしたことをご報告します。

中央で杖をついているのが、ふくしま30年プロジェクトの阿部浩美さんです。1月に脳卒中で倒れ、5月末に退院。現在も通院と在宅でリハビリを続けながら、少しずつ復帰を目指しています。
あらゆる文化はいつも、マイノリティから生まれる。
この合言葉を表現していくには、私たちはまだまだ力不足です。ソーシャルアートの試みと、日本からの情報発信を世界に向けて行っていくことに今後とも精進し、チャレンジしていきたいと思います。
今回の『AWAKES／みんなの目覚め』展での出会いを通じて、来年に向けてすでに水面下では計画が動き始めています。
また具体的な形が見えてきましたらご報告しますので、引き続きのご支援とご協力をどうぞよろしくお願いします。

AWAKES / Everyone's Awakening Exhibition Thank you message and report
Everyone's Awakening Exhibition - Our culture is always born from minorities
We would like to express our sincere gratitude for the large number of visitors and supporters for the “AWAKES” exhibition held from August 27th to September 11th, 2022 at the main gallery of Arts Chiyoda 3331(Tokyo).
There were many things to do after the exhibition, such as sending the purchased works, returning the works, and various accounting procedures. Before we knew autumn was upon us.
While we did have some challenges, it was thanks to everyone's support and guidance that we were able to hold such a large-scale exhibition and finish the exhibition without any major troubles. Thank you very much.
■ Steps leading up to the realization of this exhibition:
The "AWAKES / Minna no Awakening" exhibition started in 2019 with the idea to hold a counter event for the tourists who will come from all over the world for the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. First, New York artists Jose Parla and Hank Willis Thomas in response to the global art movement
launched "Wide Awakes" the formation of the 10th Fukushima, Nippon AWAKES, an artist collective derived from radiation measurements by citizens.
However, after that, Covid-19 caused the postponement of the Olympics, and our project was also derailed. From there, we launched a website and supported citizen measurement through crowdfunding, and held an exhibition at the “Books, Rivers and Towns” in the Kiyosumi Shirakawa area in November 2020 to convey the Fukushima nuclear accident. We had also been given the opportunity to participate in a talk event and exhibition and spread more sympathy at the gallery "Earth+ Gallery" in Kiba, Koto Ward.
At this time, the “AWAKES / Minna no Awakening” exhibition has more than 20 diverse artists from Japan and overseas participate, exhibiting physical and NFT art, this includes artists with or without physical disabilities. It was an attempt to help solve a mountain of social issues and also to create “social art” that could creates a flow of funds.
Many people, including producers, creators, designers, planners, and writers who are active in various fields, have cooperated with this attempt as new managing members. Without these people, this exhibition would not have been possible.
The dialogue and new relationships that arose from such a large-scale exhibition encouraged us and created a bridge to the next step.
I would like to express my deepest gratitude to everyone who came to visit us, everyone who was involved in and supported this exhibition in various ways, and everyone who supported us.
■ All entry fees for this exhibition will be donated
In October of this year, we donated the entire entrance fee of 381,876 yen to the Fukushima 30-Year Project, an authorized NPO that continues to measure radioactivity in Fukushima Prefecture.
(This amount includes the deduction of fees for electronic payment.)
We would like to report that I have certainly delivered your valuable wishes.
The photo shows the members of Nippon AWAKES and members of the Fukushima 30 Years Project. We also gave them matching T-shirts as a present. The man holding a cane in the center is Mr. Hiromi Abe of the Fukushima 30 Years Project. He suffered a stroke in January and was discharged from the hospital at the end of May. Currently, he is aiming to return little by little while continuing rehabilitation both at the hospital and his home.
All cultures are always born of minorities.
We are still not strong enough to express this password. We will continue to devote ourselves to using social art and disseminating information from Japan to the world to take on challenges. Through the encounters at the "AWAKES/Minna no Awakening" exhibition, plans for next year have already begun to move behind the scenes. We will make a report again and we humbly ask for your continued support and cooperation.
